About

I'm Christian. I work in healthcare operations in Copenhagen and build digital tools around problems I can understand from the inside.

My route into building digital products has been practical rather than conventional: I learned by turning concrete problems into working tools and seeing what happened when people used them in real workflows. That has led to a computer-vision instrument lookup, a fault-reporting system commissioned by our director, operational healthcare tools, browser extensions, and personal products used at home.

That operator-to-builder loop is the part I value most. I usually see the workflow before I see the software: where people wait, repeat themselves, improvise a workaround, or stop using a system because it asks too much of them. Building the tool is only half the job; I can also watch what happens when it meets the real process and iterate from there.

My day job keeps me close to places where digital systems either support the workflow or create friction. That makes me more interested in whether a solution works in practice than in the technology for its own sake.

How I work

Problem first

Start with a workflow, constraint, or repeated friction point, not a technology looking for a use case.

AI-assisted

Use coding agents heavily for exploration and implementation, while keeping ownership of the product decisions and verification.

Ship and learn

Prefer small deployable steps, test risky behavior, and improve the system from real use instead of polishing abstractions first.

Where I work

Den Fælles Sterilcentral in Copenhagen.

What I build

Practical digital tools for healthcare workflows, personal products, and small everyday problems worth fixing.
